Wedding Cake Pricing
At Whipped Bakeshop, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable made-from-scratch wedding cakes, averaging between $12 and $20 per serving. The price depends on the size, flavor and design of your cake. Due to the detailed craftsmanship involved, we can only create a limited number of cakes on any given week, so it's best to book your date early. Wedding orders that include delivery average between $1200 and $2000+ depending on your venue location and size of the order.
Service Cake Pricing
If your guest list exceeds the capacity of a 60-serving or more tiered cake, we can offer additional service cake to ensure everyone gets a slice. These elegant and simple round layer cakes get delivered to the venue's kitchen, and are priced at $9-$10.50 per serving. Service cakes can be made to serve 20, 30 or 50 guests.
Intimate Wedding Cakes
For smaller gatherings of 10 to 40 guests, we provide a selection of semi-customizable single tier and tiered cakes. These stunning cakes are sure to impress and can be conveniently ordered online.

Our wedding tastings and Zoom consultations are $50. You’ll choose up to 6 flavor combinations to try in cupcake form, and then select a pickup date. You will try your selected cake pairings with your partner and write down your favorite combinations. Most couples choose two flavors for their wedding cake, and you’ll share your picks with us during your virtual consultation.
We recommend starting the process 6-12 months in advance of your wedding date, once you have booked your venue. Dates are sometimes available on shorter notice, so if in doubt, go ahead and fill out the Wedding Cake Survey. Weekends in the spring and fall book up the fastest.
We are unable to hold wedding dates without a signed contract and deposit.
After your consultation, we will send you a contract to sign and return to us. A 50% payment officially books your date with us. The other 50% will be due a month before your wedding date. If your wedding is coming up in less than a month, the full payment will be due all at once.
We will email you invoices to pay securely with a credit card, so you don’t need to worry about missing a payment.
Your wedding cake will get "white glove" delivery service to the venue! That means one of our decorators will personally drive your cake to the venue, set it up on the cake table and add fresh flowers (if applicable). Having a decorator on site means your special cake will be handled with the utmost care. We handle all of the coordination with the planner and venue, so there are no worries. We usually arrive 1-2 hours ahead of when the reception will start, so it’s quite possible you will never see us!
If you have a specific floral arrangement that you’d like, please send us a picture for reference. After that, just make sure to ask your florist to set aside appropriate flowers for your cake.
