This past week, I was painting a watercolor postcard to send to my brother, and it started to take on an undersea vibe that I liked. I thought might look good as a cake, so went ahead and made the 360-degree wedding cake you see here. It took a bit of trial and error to decide on the final look of the top and base tiers, but I like the finished result.
