The uneaten portion of the product must be returned to the bakery within three (3) business days.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds or store credit are issued at Whipped Bakeshop&#8217;s discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we have made a genuine error in preparation or decoration, we will make it right.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds will not be issued for products that were prepared correctly but did not meet personal taste preferences, including flavor or texture. While most customers love our flavors, individual preferences may vary. If an issue arises, please contact us promptly so we may address it.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tCancellation Policy (Custom Orders &#038; Pre-Orders)\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Upon confirmation of your order, all designs, quantities, and pricing are final and binding. Orders may not be reduced or canceled with fewer than thirty (30) days&#8217; notice.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, full or partial store credit may be issued for cancellations made with more than thirty (30) days&#8217; notice. Store credit, if offered, is determined based on the amount of work already completed and is issued at Whipped Bakeshop&#8217;s discretion.
